Once Again New York Fashion Week 2023 transformed the city atmosphere, right before Fall, and as a culmination of hard work by designers, buyers, stylists, makeup artists, publicists, and models during summer.
If you never experienced this massive event, we have to tell you it’s a must-do and is a great way to feel being a part of the upcoming trends.

Due to the exclusivity of NYFW , the official event at Spring Studios, multiple organizations and companies started lateral events under the same New York Fashion Week umbrella, from The Society to Flying Solo, and Runway 7 Fashion. There are multiple chances to get a ticket and enjoy a piece of imagination on the catwalk.

Our trip started with Runway 7 Fashion introducing the designers and brands such as Members Only, Boulevard Boutique, Sveta Long, Ann Spoyer, Maricel Marcantoni Art, Viviana Puello-Grimandi, Avery Swimwear, and Aguamala Swim among many others taking place at Sony Hall, an almost secret three-floor underground exclusive hall with an exquisite design and access, impeccable logistics, and welcoming staff. The journey fulfilled a multi-style general showcase demand, introducing street style, couture, swimwear, and even high-quality luggage collection, all of this with an effective attendant rotation in selected shows.

The very New York Style.

New York City is a very condensed multicultural, almost tridimensional structure, projects must to adapted to it, and it is part of the city's charm. Even the Sony Hall Makeup headquarters was not located at the same complex but one block away and very well assembled for the occasion Italian restaurant. Models, make-up artists, and hair stylists were getting in and out of the restaurant by making the sidewalks a warming catwalk show before dressing the collections in the hall. This situation would look weird in another city but not in this one, here, is common to dive inside the fashion week even if you don’t have a business at all, is a natural ambience for capturing cool outfits in casual pics, and everyone is open to show their own perception of good taste and nourish the wave.
Our middle NYFW was the Cucculelli Shaheenn show in South Manhattan, the environment here is all about classic architecture on a massive scale, a reflection of the economic power, we are talking about City Hall Plaza, the Municipal building, close to the world trade center, and the colorful Chinatown and Little Italy.
The pristine collections were shown under the large arch, a magnificent location with temple vibes, giving the assistant an ultimate fashion experience.
At last, as a culmination of this fantastic weekend we stayed at the doors of Spring Studios to catch models, designers, and celebrities, have a couple of good interviews, and say goodbye to those who came for the shows from other countries or states, some of them already packing for Milan Fashion Week.

Till the next one

NYFW is an excellent opportunity to appreciate the best of the fashion industry, say hello to other media friends, and meet new interesting people, usually ending on exclusive rooftop parties. Every year reflects new challenges and new opportunities, with seasonal events and new projects in the middle we just have to say, see you at NYFW 2024 in February.
